About us
Corporate travel, run by specialists
The Flights Guru MICE is the corporate and events arm of The Flights Guru Ltd — an independent, fully accredited UK travel company moving delegates across more than 60 countries.
Our mission
To take the complexity out of corporate group travel — contracting airfares, venues and ground services directly so every meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition runs to plan and to budget.
Our vision
To be the UK's most trusted independent MICE partner: senior people, transparent pricing and programmes that clients are proud to put their name on.
Our values
Senior ownership
The person who quotes your programme is the person who runs it. No hand-offs to junior desks.
Transparent pricing
Clear fares, net rates and fees. You always see what the programme costs and where the value sits.
Fully accredited
ATOL, ABTA and IATA accredited, so client money and travel arrangements are protected end to end.
Always reachable
24/7 duty of care while your delegates are travelling — one number, a real person, any time zone.
Impact conscious
Venue, routing and supplier choices that cut avoidable emissions and waste without cutting experience.
Detail obsessed
Manifests, rooming lists, transfers and on-site logistics checked line by line before departure.
